Who can purchase from 90 Mile?90 Mile is a trade only provider and only 90 Mile members can place orders. To become a 90 Mile member, fill out the registration form.

How do I place an order?Once you are a 90 Mile client making an order is simple. Email your account manager with the order details and approved design. *Only 90 Mile clients can place orders, to become a 90 Mile client fill out the registration form on the become a member page

What is the turnaround time for my order?Production time is approximatley 4-6 weeks, production begins once vectorised deisgn files have been provided and invoce payment has been made Due to the current demand on freight the production time does not include delivery / freight time

Do you offer Graphic Design Services?No we do not offer graphic design services, you are required to provide approved vectorised files upon placing your order. We will notify you if any logo or file is not high quality

Will I get to see the final product before it goes into full production?Yes, we aim to provide you with a photo sample of your design for approval prior to full order production.

Will you be able to colour match my current branding?Yes, we are able to colour match (as close as possible) any colours you need for the order. This can be done by sending us a sample colour to colour match or using the Pantone colour chart available for download.

How do I work out sizing?Our size charts are available under the resoures tab, alternativley you can contact us for it to be emailed directly Our size charts are a garment measurement not a body measuremet

What is the minimum order quantity?Minimum order quantity depends on the product and print type. For more information on minimum order quantity contact your account manager.

Can I supply my own blank products for printing?No, we do not offer decoration services outside our custom made to order sublimation products

What do I do about a faulty product?90 Mile are to be notified of any faulty items within 30 days of receiving the order; Replacements are made at 90 Miles discretion. No refunds or replacements are issued for incorrect sizing selected

Can I have custom size labels?Yes, we offer custom size labels free of charge for orders over 100 units Additional charges apply for tags below 100 units

What are your payment terms?We require 100% payment prior to order going into production, accounts are only granted if requirements are met

Do you offer 30 day accountsAccounts are only offered to customers who have a proven 12 months business services with us and can meet the $50,000 annual spend

What payment method can I use?Payment for orders can be made via Direct Deposit, Credit Card or Paypal. Please note credit card payment are charged a 2.5% surcharge
