All orders are strictly pre paid in full prior to commencement of production or service for a minimum of 12 months consistent trade

Delivery charges are calculated based on quantities ordered and delivery address

Quotes provided (outside the price list) are only valid for 30 days

3D textured printing will be quoted case by case based on design, item and quantity

Graphic Design work to be quotes on a case by case scenario

quantities exceeding units of 1000 discounted rates may apply

 Minimum order requirements apply on all items

Payments are non refundable if orders are cancelled within 5 days of receiving the payment

Orders are only accepted via email – No phone orders will be taken

No credit will be issued for sample orders, samples will not be accepted back for exchange or return

Any unexpected additional costs eg. Artwork, will be discussed prior to commencement

Standard production time is approximately 6 weeks once payment has been received unless otherwise approved (per order)

It is the responsibility of the account holder to obtain written consent for the use of trademarked or licensed logos or images for production. 90Mile take no legal responsibility for the manufacture of products containing trademarked or licensed logos or images

It is the responsibility of the account holder to provide 90Mile with accurate Pantone or CMYK colours to ensure closest are provided. (please note shades may vary up to 20% depending on material, machine and the screen setting on your computer)

All logos are to be supplied to 90Mile in high resolution vector files

90Mile take no responsibility for incorrect artwork on orders that have been approved by the client

All digitized designs must be approved prior to being sent to the factory for production

Test print photos will be provided for pre production approval

A full custom sample can be provided for orders over 100 units and will be charged at sample pricing

90Mile are to be notified of any faulty items within 30 days of receiving the order; replacement is made at 90Mile’s discretion.

No replacements are provided for incorrectly chosen sizes or spelling mistakes by the account holder or their customer

Please ensure someone is available to take delivery of goods upon arrival
